What this is
csreport finds the Twitch and Kick streamers who played in your Faceit CS2 matches and links to the moment in their VOD. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, don't use it.
Not affiliated with anyone
csreport is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve, Faceit, Twitch, Kick, Discord, Steam or PayPal. All trademarks belong to their owners.
The match data it shows comes from those platforms' public APIs. If one of them changes, restricts or removes an API, parts of csreport will stop working, and that is outside our control.
Your account
You need an account for anything tied to you — your encounters, alerts and subscription. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
One Steam account links to one csreport account, and vice versa. Linking proves you own that Steam account; claiming someone else's identity is not permitted.
Free and Pro
Most of csreport is free, including searching players, seeing which streamers were in a match, the VOD links, and the match scoreboard.
Pro is a monthly subscription billed through PayPal at the price shown at checkout. It adds your stats compared against the streamer's in the same match, a deeper match history, Discord alerts, following streamers, exporting your data, and higher request limits.
Free accounts and signed-out visitors are subject to lower request limits. These exist to keep the upstream APIs the service depends on within their quotas, and may be adjusted.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from your PayPal account — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not charged again.
Access is granted when PayPal confirms the payment, not when you return from checkout. If you have paid and do not have access, email privacy@csreport.app and we will fix it.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. By subscribing and getting immediate access to Pro features you ask for the service to start straight away and acknowledge you lose that right once it has been fully performed for the period. Beyond that, if Pro did not work as described, write to us and we will refund you — we would rather do that than argue.
Fair use
Please don't:
- scrape the site or work around the request limits, including by creating multiple accounts
- resell or redistribute the data as your own service
- submit channel mappings that point at a channel the player does not own
- try to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to any part of it
We may suspend or remove an account that does these things. If we suspend a paid account for abuse we will refund the unused part of the period.
Discord alerts
If you connect Discord, you are giving csreport a webhook that posts into a channel you chose. You must have permission to add a webhook to that server.
You can pause or disconnect alerts at any time. Disconnecting stops the messages, but we cannot delete the webhook inside your server — remove it there if you want it gone entirely.
What we do not promise
csreport is provided as is. It is a small independent project, not an enterprise service. We do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we do not guarantee that every streamer in your match will be detected or that every VOD link will still work — VODs expire, channels get renamed, and upstream APIs go down.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the service. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use csreport after that means you accept them.
You can stop at any time: cancel in PayPal, and email privacy@csreport.app to have your account deleted. See the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
Governing law
The governing law for these terms has not been set yet. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply regardless.
